Elementary School Administrative Support/Receptionist
Job Description:
Saints Peter and Paul Elementary School has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Support/Receptionist providing general support services to the front office of a growing and dynamic Catholic elementary school. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, verbal, computer, and general office skills. Background clearance is required. This is a 12-month position: 40 hours per week during the school year and average of 24-28 hours per week during summer when school is not in session.

Spanish Teacher (PreK-8)
Job Description:
Saints Peter and Paul Elementary School is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a full-time Spanish Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of the Spanish language and Hispanic cultures while providing engaging, age-appropriate instruction to students in PreK through Grade 8. The successful candidate will plan and deliver dynamic lessons that develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while fostering cultural
awareness and an appreciation for global perspectives.
The ideal candidate will create intellectually engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the developmental needs of students across multiple grade levels. They will communicate professionally with all members of the school community, collaborate with classroom teachers
and parents/guardians to support student success, commit to ongoing professional growth, and cultivate a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of language learning.
The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents and will be committed to the ministry of Catholic education by supporting the teachings, values, and traditions of the Catholic Church, contributing to the faith life of the school, and modeling and promoting the mission and charism of the school.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for Maryland or Delaware teaching licensure/certification
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Spanish, World Languages, Education, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency preferred)
- Teaching experience preferred (at least 3 years)
- Clearances on all required background checks
